Runtime and Lib updates

Server runtime is updated to the latest version including library security updates.
It is a large update requiring a full installation including the server runtime.

SSH Certificate support

We added support for SSH Client Certificate login. This feature allow use of access expiration. Web Admin console is also updated for new feature.

PQC - Post Quantum

Basic internal code changes and library support is added for PQC certificates. Official specification is still in draft, and some feature are still missing .As soon they become official, we will enable this feature to the customers in several stages. First stage will allow generating / importing PQC certificates. Later stage will implement PQC in our Quark Engine.
